While at Glassworks I worked as online editor & compositor for this visceral spot for Square. It’s so full of beautiful craft in both content and production and was a real pleasure to work on.
I completed the online edit in Flame and used Mocha and Nuke for the screen comps. It was shot on 16mm film and I really liked how understated the branding was throughout. It was also a rare case where I could comp the screens with 100% realism, so often a client will push for the screens to be unnaturally clean and clear.
Hopefully I get to work on more spots like this one!
